With funding from the Nellie Mae Education Foundation, the New England Literacy Resource Center (NELRC) designed, managed, and supported the New England ABE-to-College Transition Project. This demonstration project, which was conducted from 2000 to 2007, supported a cluster of 25 college transition programs located across the six New England states. The National College Transition Network (NCTN) was launched by the NELRC to share the expertise gained from the New England ABE-to-College Project with a national audience.
